Old Dominion staff are fantastic. Customer service is amazing. They have been working on our cars for 10 years and they consistently identify issues that are needing repair and do a professional job completing their work. And the pricing feels fair for the quality of work they do. As someone who dreads dealership visits, this place is a no-brainer for me. If you're on the fence, start small — bring it in for a tire repair or inspection and see how you're treated. I have a feeling you won't be disappointed.

I brought my 2022 Venza in for its 30,000 mile maintenance. I received oil and oil filter, tire rotation, air filter and cabin filter. I did notice that the cabin filter “cover” inside and behind the glove box had worked loose or perhaps was not replaced properly. I took care of that myself with the help of a friend. On a scheduled return visit, a week later, I had a 4-wheel alignment, remove & install rear camber arms using an after market rear adjustable control arms. I was surprised by the cost for p & l initially expecting just a wheel alignment. I’ve come to trust Old Dominion over the many years I’ve been using them for all my car maintenance work. I rely on them to “do me right” and recommend only parts and labor that will keep my car in top shape and keep me and my passengers safe driving a well tuned vehicle.

Had them check for a noise in rear axle. Noise was due to tire cupping from worn shocks and alignment. Repairs completed Always feel like I'm getting good and professional service.
