I hesitate to write what I really feel about this repair shop because I probably won’t get another appointment because everyone will be jumping in and filling up all the appointments. They are a very accommodating group, professionals, and deliver as promised. Charges are reasonable. I trust their integrity and in this day when most people are not service oriented this group gives me every reason to believe they have high ethics and are working every day to build a solid reputation for excellence and strive to satisfy their customers and have them leaving with a smile. So when you bring your vehicle there, please treat them kindly!

Old Dominion staff are fantastic. Customer service is amazing. They have been working on our cars for 10 years and they consistently identify issues that are needing repair and do a professional job completing their work. Every experience I've had here has been positive — from my initial inspection, to a tire repair, to oil changes and tire rotations on both of my vehicles. The staff at the front desk are straightforward and communicative. No runarounds, no surprises — just honest updates on what's going on with your car. And the pricing feels fair for the quality of work they do. As someone who dreads dealership visits, this place is a no-brainer for me. If you're on the fence, start small — bring it in for a tire repair or inspection and see how you're treated. I have a feeling you won't be disappointed.

I brought my 2022 Venza in for its 30,000 mile maintenance. I received oil and oil filter, tire rotation, air filter and cabin filter. I did notice that the cabin filter “cover” inside and behind the glove box had worked loose or perhaps was not replaced properly. I took care of that myself with the help of a friend. On a scheduled return visit, a week later, I had a 4-wheel alignment, remove & install rear camber arms using an after market rear adjustable control arms. I was surprised by the cost for p & l initially expecting just a wheel alignment. I’ve come to trust Old Dominion over the many years I’ve been using them for all my car maintenance work. I rely on them to “do me right” and recommend only parts and labor that will keep my car in top shape and keep me and my passengers safe driving a well tuned vehicle.

Had them check for a noise in rear axle. Noise was due to tire cupping from worn shocks and alignment. Repairs completed Always feel like I'm getting good and professional service.
