What a great experience at Old Dominion Tire! I initially brought my truck in thinking it just needed balancing. After a test drive, they realized that wasn’t the issue and took the time to investigate further. Chris was wonderful, provided a quote right away, and they were able to replace my tires the same day! What I loved just as much as the service was the atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, you get the feeling you’re dealing with genuinely good, trustworthy people. The little touches, like the green toy soldiers you can take home as a reminder to pray for our military and the prayer box on the table, really touched my heart. ❤️ Sometimes you just get a good feeling about a business, and Old Dominion Tire certainly proved that feeling right! Highly recommend!
Mary, thank you for the heartfelt review! We’re thrilled Chris and our team could diagnose the issue, provide a quote promptly, and replace your tires the same day. We’re glad the welcoming atmosphere and touches honoring our military resonated with you. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to serving you again at Old Dominion Tire Services Inc!

I have taken my family vehicles exclusively to Old Dominion Tire for the past 15 years. They run a very tight shop. The mechanics are first rate at diagnosing issues and then fixing the problem correctly the first time. The service managers are professional and always provide a no BS assessment of the problem and what it’s going to take to fix it. They are also great about suggesting alternatives if available. High level of customer service. They seem to approach every interaction with the goal of developing and maintaining a long term customer relationship.

5 stars.
I hesitate to write what I really feel about this repair shop because I probably won’t get another appointment because everyone will be jumping in and filling up all the appointments. They are a very accommodating group, professionals, and deliver as promised. Charges are reasonable. I trust their integrity and in this day when most people are not service oriented this group gives me every reason to believe they have high ethics and are working every day to build a solid reputation for excellence and strive to satisfy their customers and have them leaving with a smile. So when you bring your vehicle there, please treat them kindly!
